AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Uniform Act for the Extradition of Persons
of Unsound Mind is amended by changing Section 6 as follows:
(405 ILCS 10/6) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 126)
Sec. 6. This act shall be so interpreted and and construed
as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of
those states which enact it.
