AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Protection and Advocacy for Developmentally
Disabled Persons Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as
follows:
(405 ILCS 40/0.01) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1150)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Protection and Advocacy for Developmentally Disabled Persons
Act.
