1 AN ACT concerning business.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Securities Law of 1953 is amended
5 by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 137.2)
7 Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the the
8 context otherwise requires, the terms defined in the Sections
9 of this Act that precede Section 3 shall have the meanings
10 therein ascribed.
