AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(820 ILCS 255/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 1401)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act".
