1 AN ACT concerning business.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act is
5amended by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 510/7) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 317)
7 Sec. 7. If any provision of this Act or the the application
8thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the
9invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of
10the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision
11or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are
12severable.
