AN ACT concerning military service.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Military Compensation Records Act is
amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(330 ILCS 75/0.01) (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 61m)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Military Compensation Records Act.
