AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction
Act (enacted by PA 96-588) is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Local
Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act.
