AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources (Mines and
Minerals) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
amended by changing Section 1905-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1905/1905-1)
Sec. 1905-1. Article short title. This Article 1905 of the
the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
Department of Natural Resources (Mines and Minerals) Law.
