1 | AN ACT concerning liquor.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | |||||||||||||||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | changing Section 6-14 as follows:

7 | Sec. 6-14.
No person shall sell at retail any alcoholic | |||||||||||||||||||
8 | liquor on Sundays
unless authorized by general ordinance or | |||||||||||||||||||
9 | resolution of the
the city council,

10 | trustees or county board, as the case may be;
provided, however | |||||||||||||||||||
11 | that the city council, president and board of trustees or

hours for the sale of alcoholic liquors under such | |||||||||||||||||||
14 | licenses in its
