AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
Section 5-901 as follows:

Sec. 5-901. Short title. This Division may be cited as the
