1 | AN ACT concerning education.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | |||||||||||||||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The College Student Immunization Act is amended | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | by changing Section 6 as follows:

7 | Sec. 6. Report. Within 8 weeks after the

instruction, the post-secondary educational | |||||||||||||||||||
9 | institution shall file a report
with the Department stating the | |||||||||||||||||||
10 | number of persons attending the institution
who had presented: | |||||||||||||||||||
11 | proof of immunization; certification of medical
exemption; | |||||||||||||||||||
12 | statement of religious objection; and no proof of immunization.
