AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot
Program Act is amended by changing Section 220 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
Sec. 220. Repeal of Act. This Act is repealed 4 years after
the the effective date of this Act.
