AN ACT concerning property.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Executive Director of the Lake County | ||||
Forest Preserve District, on behalf of the District, is | ||||
authorized to execute and deliver to the United States of | ||||
America and its assigns, a quit claim deed to the following | ||||
described real property:

That part of the northwest quarter of fractional section | ||||

principal meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, described as | ||||
follows: commencing at the northeast corner of said | ||||

Section 10. The Executive Director of the Lake County | ||
Forest Preserve District shall obtain a certified copy of this | ||
Act within 60 days after its effective date and shall record | ||
the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county | ||
in which the land is located.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||
becoming law.
