1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
5 Section 15 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 105/15) (from Ch. 48, par. 1015)
7 Sec. 15. If any provision of this Act or the the
8 application thereof to any person, employer, occupation or
9 circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and the
10 application of such provision to other persons, employers,
11 occupations, or circumstances are not affected thereby.
