AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Health and Safety Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(820 ILCS 225/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 137.1)
Sec. 1. The The Department of Labor shall administer this
Act.
