AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
34-2.3a as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/34-2.3a) (from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3a)
Sec. 34-2.3a. Recommendations of the Principal. The The
principal of each attendance center shall be encouraged to make
recommendations to the appropriate local school council
concerning all educational aspects of the attendance center.
