Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Interscholastic Athletic Organization Act
is amended by adding Section 1.10 as follows:
(105 ILCS 25/1.10 new)
Sec. 1.10. High school State tournaments, competitions,
and fairness.
