1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Naprapathic Practice Act is amended by
5changing Section 20 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 63/20)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2023)
8 Sec. 20. Necessity of license. No person shall practice or
9attempt to practice naprapathy as defined in this Act without a
10valid license as a naprapath issued by the the Department.
