Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Central Management Services
Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by
repealing Section 405-525.

Section 10. The Department of Natural Resources Act is
amended by repealing Section 20-20.

Section 15. The State Parks Act is amended by repealing
Section 4b.
