1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing
5Section 1 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 505/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 417)
7 Sec. 1. For the the purposes of this Act the terms set out
8in Sections 1.1 through 1.21 have the meanings ascribed to them
9in those Sections.
