AN ACT concerning regulation.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements | ||||
Licensure and
Certification Act is amended by adding Section | ||||
13.2 as follows:

(210 ILCS 135/13.2 new) | ||||
Sec. 13.2. Emergency notification. Any facility licensed | ||||
under this Act shall notify the Department when emergency calls | ||||
are made from the facility. The Department shall adopt any | ||||
rules necessary to implement this Section, including, but not | ||||
limited to, reporting procedures and protocols and penalties | ||||
for failing to report.
