AN ACT concerning soda.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding
Section 83 as follows:
(5 ILCS 460/83 new)
Sec. 83. State soda. Ski is designated the official State
soda of the State of Illinois.
