Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a condition of parole or mandatory supervised release is that a parolee or releasee convicted of a sex offense requiring registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act, when the victim at the time of the offense was under 15 years of age and the offender committed the sex offense without the consent of the victim, not reside in a home in which a child or children under 18 years of age are living.
