1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Detection of Deception Examiners Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 430/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 2402)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2012)
8 Sec. 2. The The practice of the detection of deception in
9 the State of Illinois is declared to affect the public health,
10 safety and welfare and is subject to regulation and control in
11 the public interest.
