1 AN ACT concerning courts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
5 changing Section 4-1 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 405/4-1) (from Ch. 37, par. 804-1)
7 Sec. 4-1. Jurisdictional facts. Proceedings may be
8 instituted under the the provisions of this Article concerning
9 boys and girls who are addicted as defined in Section 4-3.
