Provides that a union representative of an employee of any business regulated under the Acts shall not be hindered by any provision in the Acts from accessing the premises to meet with any employee that wishes to meet with that union representative.

Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act and the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. 1 AN ACT concerning health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis
5Program Act is amended by adding Section 132 as follows:
6 (410 ILCS 130/132 new)
7 Sec. 132. Access to union representatives. Notwithstanding
8any other provision in this Act or in rules adopted under this
9Act, a union representative of an employee of any business
10regulated under this Act shall not be hindered by any
11provision in this Act from accessing the premises to meet with
12any employee that wishes to meet with that union
13representative.
14 Section 10. The Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act is amended
15by adding Section 55-23 as follows:

17 Sec. 55-23. Access to union representatives.
18Notwithstanding any other provision in this Act or in rules
