AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended by
changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(110 ILCS 805/1-1) (from Ch. 122, par. 101-1)
Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and shall be cited as the
