104TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY State of Illinois 2025 and 2026 HB3905 Introduced , by Rep. Robyn Gabel SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Police Merit Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows: Other State Funds $4,932,900

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The amount of $1,432,900, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Police Merit
Board from the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund for
its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 10. The amount of $3,500,000, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Police Merit
Board from the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund for
all costs associated with a cadet program for the Illinois
State Police.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
2025.
