| 7 | Sec. 4-103.5. Road construction bids. Bids for the award of | ||||||
| 8 | any State or federally funded road construction contract shall | ||||||
| 9 | include transportation costs itemized apart from the cost of | ||||||
| 10 | the goods or materials transported.".
