1 | AN ACT concerning ethics.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act is | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | amended by changing Section 20-60 as follows:

7 | Sec. 20-60. Appeals. A decision of the Executive
Ethics | |||||||||||||||||||
8 | Commission to impose a fine is subject to judicial review

9 | the the Administrative Review Law. All other decisions by the
| |||||||||||||||||||
10 | Executive Ethics Commission are final and not subject to
review | |||||||||||||||||||
11 | either administratively or judicially.
