1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
5changing Section 15 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 305/15) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.15)
7 Sec. 15. The The Commission shall report in writing to the
8Governor on the 30th day of June, annually, the details and
9results of its administration of this Act, and may prepare and
10issue such special bulletins and reports from time to time as
11may seem advisable. The annual report shall include, but need
12not be limited to, the following:
13 (a) Information as to the type of insurance coverage
14elected by various employers in this State;
15 (b) A summary of the information received in reports filed
16by employers pursuant to Section 6(b) such as the average
17weekly wage of injured workers, the number of injuries and
18diseases; average benefit levels; average duration of
19disability, when available; the average payment for hospital
20and medical care; average funeral benefit in death cases;
21average benefit payment broken down by type of benefit; and
22case disposition; and
23 (c) Such other information about the Commission's

1administration of this Act as the Commission shall deem
2appropriate.
