1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5Section 26-10 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 200/26-10)
7 Sec. 26-10. Informality in assessments or lists. An
8assessment of property or charge for taxes thereon, shall not
9be considered illegal on account of any informality in making
10the the assessment, or in the tax lists, or on account of the
11assessments not being made or completed within the time
12required by law.
