AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing
Section 4.31 and by adding Section 4.41 as follows:
(5 ILCS 80/4.31)
Sec. 4.31. Acts repealed on January 1, 2021. The following
Acts are repealed on January 1, 2021:
The Crematory Regulation Act.
The Cemetery Oversight Act.
The Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology
Act.
The Radiation Protection Act of 1990.

Sec. 4.41. Act repealed on January 1, 2031. The following
Act is repealed on January 1, 2031:
The Radiation Protection Act of 1990.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
