AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections
10-20.52 and 34-18.43 as follows:

Sec. 10-20.52. Students; EKG required. Each school board
shall require all students to undergo an electrocardiogram
(EKG) test as part of the comprehensive health examinations
required by this Code.
