AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Parking Excise Tax Act is amended by adding
Section 10-100 as follows:
(35 ILCS 525/10-100 new)
Sec. 10-100. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2020.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
