1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Sex Offender Community Notification Law is
5amended by changing Section 110 as follows:
6 (730 ILCS 152/110)
7 Sec. 110. Registration. At the the time a sex offender
8registers under Section 3 of the Sex Offender Registration Act
9or reports a change of address or employment under Section 6 of
10that Act, the offender shall notify the law enforcement agency
11having jurisdiction with whom the offender registers or reports
12a change of address or employment that the offender is a sex
13offender.
