Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning social security numbers on license applications.

1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Dental Practice Act is amended by
5changing Section 8.05 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 25/8.05)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2016)
8 Sec. 8.05. Social Security Number on license application.
9In addition to any other information required to be contained
10in the the application, every application for an original
11license under this Act shall include the applicant's Social
12Security Number, which shall be retained in the agency's
13records pertaining to the license. As soon as practical, the
14Department shall assign a customer's identification number to
15each applicant for a license.
16 Every application for a renewal or restored license shall
17require the applicant's customer identification number.
