Bill Title: BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the hour of 12:00 o'clock noon for the purpose of hearing Governor Bruce Rauner present to the General Assembly his Report on the Condition of the State as required by Article V, Section 13 of the Constitution of the State of Illinois.
