HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Donald J.
Manning Sr.; and
WHEREAS, Donald Manning Sr. was a retired Vice President of
Administration at the Moraine Valley and Waubonsee Community
Colleges; he also served as Manager of the Moraine Valley
Federal Credit Union; and
WHEREAS, Donald Manning Sr. was the beloved husband of the
late Carol Ann (nee Hoyne); the loving father of Donald Jr.
(Jill), Kathryn (Ronald) Frugoli, and Stephen (Debra) Manning;
and the dearest grandfather of Timothy, Christina, Kaitlyn,
Leanne, Jason, and Carol Anne; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of
Donald J. Manning Sr.; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Donald Manning Sr. as an expression
of our sympathy.
