3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the sudden and tragic | ||||||
4 | death of Kayla Nicole Fannon of Peoria, who passed away on | ||||||
5 | February 14, 2019; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, Kayla Fannon was born to Thomas Fannon and | ||||||
7 | Kristian Michelle Rora-Howe in Peoria on December 16, 1988; | ||||||
8 | and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Kayla Fannon was a homemaker; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Kayla Fannon enjoyed spending time with her | ||||||
11 | family and friends, listening to music and dancing, and family | ||||||
12 | vacations; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Kayla Fannon loved life and lived her life to the | ||||||
14 | fullest; she will be remembered as a free spirit, who loved | ||||||
15 | with all her heart; and

16 | WHEREAS, Kayla Fannon was preceded in death by her mother; | ||||||
17 | her maternal grandfather, James T. Rora; and her paternal | ||||||
18 | grandfather, Bascum Fannon; and
