| 7 | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer | ||||||
| 8 | team defeated the Glenwood High School boys soccer team, the | ||||||
| 9 | Titans, of Chatham on the grounds of Hoffman Estates High | ||||||
| 10 | School on November 5, 2022, earning a final score of 3-1; and

| 11 | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer | ||||||
| 12 | team achieved the state title while simultaneously combating | ||||||
| 13 | 30 mph winds and driving rain during the state final; and

| 14 | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer | ||||||
| 15 | team concluded its season with 23 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie; | ||||||

| 18 | team's latest championship win marks the program's fifth state | ||||||
| 19 | title; the team previously won in 2004, 2008, 2010, and 2012; | ||||||
