| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate the Johns Hill Magnet | ||||||
| 4 | School eighth grade boys basketball team, the Eagles, on | ||||||
| 5 | winning the 2017 Illinois Elementary School Association Class | ||||||
| 6 | 2A State Championship; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, The Eagles defeated Jesse White Learning Academy | ||||||
| 8 | by a score of 75 to 55 to claim the championship; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, This was the first trip ever to the State | ||||||
| 10 | Tournament for the Eagles; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, The Eagles compiled a season record of 24 wins and | ||||||
| 12 | zero losses; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, The Eagles are coached by Head Coach Jason | ||||||
| 14 | Flournoy and Assistant Coach Wallace Green; and

| 15 | WHEREAS, The Eagles are Aaron Dabner,
