| 2 | WHEREAS, Law enforcement definitely can be a family affair; | ||||||

| 4 | WHEREAS, There are 7 first-generation female cousins in the | ||||||
| 5 | Chicago Police Department who are descendants of Diane Carli; | ||||||
| 6 | these cousins have prided themselves in being Chicago's Finest | ||||||
| 7 | and in their strong family bond; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Former State Representative Dena M. Carli (Star | ||||||
| 9 | #1067, Appointed March 8, 1999), Police Officer Lisa D. Carli | ||||||
| 10 | (Star #6854, Appointed May 2, 1994), Police Officer Kimberly | ||||||
| 11 | Valenti (Star #16125, Appointed December 14, 1998), Police | ||||||
| 12 | Officer Ramona Bedoy (Star #18228, Appointed July 12, 1999), | ||||||

| 11 | tree"; therefore, be it

| 12 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 13 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 14 | we recognize these individuals for making their commitment to | ||||||
| 15 | the Chicago Police Department and their community a family | ||||||
| 16 | affair; and be it further

| 17 | RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be | ||||||
