| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of William | ||||||
| 4 | James Martys of Antioch, who passed away on April 12, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, William Martys was born to Theodore and Mildred | ||||||
| 6 | Martys in Chicago on July 25, 1963; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, William Martys was a pupil of Kung Fu for most of | ||||||
| 8 | his life; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Above all, William Martys loved his family and | ||||||
| 10 | friends; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, William Martys was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 12 | parents; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, William Martys is survived by his children, | ||||||
| 14 | Jacquelyn, Aleczander, Anthony, and Aiden; his grandchild, | ||||||
| 15 | Molly Martys; his siblings, Kathi (Matthew) Deresinski, | ||||||
| 16 | Michael (Gail) Martys, and Sandra Gaylord; his niece and | ||||||
| 17 | nephew, Julia (Kenny) Wieda and Ryan Gaylord; and many other | ||||||
| 18 | family members and friends; therefore, be it

| 19 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||

| 2 | we mourn the passing of William James Martys and extend our | ||||||
