HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Nadine Beatrice
Coleman on the occasion of her 102nd birthday; and
WHEREAS, Nadine Coleman, affectionately known as "Nini",
has lived in the Village of Olympia Fields since 1995; and
WHEREAS, Nadine Coleman was born and raised in Macomb;
after graduating from Macomb High School, she began raising her
children; she also worked at Western Illinois University for
many years; and
WHEREAS, Nadine Coleman is the mother of 4 children,
LeeDonna Ann Hudson, Ouida Virginia Hudson, Wendell Seals, and
Richard Coleman, all of whom are professionally successful due
to Mrs. Coleman's tutelage and encouragement; she is also the
grandmother of 11, the great-grandmother of 17, and the
great-great-grandmother of 6; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
we congratulate Nadine Beatrice Coleman on the occasion of her
102nd birthday and wish her many happy and healthy years to
come; and be it further
