| 1 | HOUSE RESOLUTION
| ||||||
| 2 | BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 3 | NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
| 4 | urge the Auditor General to conduct and complete a survey of | ||||||
| 5 | other governmental jurisdictions to examine the feasibility of | ||||||
| 6 | a system of video gaming in
which the State owns and operates | ||||||
| 7 | all video gaming terminals within 150 days after this | ||||||
| 8 | resolution is adopted; and be it further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That, upon completion of the survey, the Auditor | ||||||
| 10 | General shall
submit a copy of the survey to the Governor's | ||||||
| 11 | Office of Management and Budget, the Clerk of the House of
| ||||||
| 12 | Representatives, and the Secretary of the Senate; and be it | ||||||
| 13 | further
| ||||||
| 14 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 15 | delivered to the Auditor General.
