HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
4 urge the Auditor General to conduct and complete a survey of
5 other governmental jurisdictions to examine the feasibility of
6 a system of video gaming in which the State owns and operates
7 all video gaming terminals within 150 days after this
8 resolution is adopted; and be it further
9 RESOLVED, That, upon completion of the survey, the Auditor
10 General shall submit a copy of the survey to the Governor's
11 Office of Management and Budget, the Clerk of the House of
12 Representatives, and the Secretary of the Senate; and be it
13 further
14 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
15 delivered to the Auditor General.
