| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Lena-Winslow | ||||||
| 4 | High School football team, the Panthers, on winning the 2013 | ||||||
| 5 | Illinois High School Association Class 1A State Football | ||||||
| 6 | Championship; and

| 7 | WHEREAS, The Panthers claimed its championship by | ||||||
| 8 | defeating Downs Tri-Valley by a score of 28 to 21 on November | ||||||
| 9 | 29, 2013 in DeKalb at Northern Illinois University; and

| 10 | WHEREAS, The Panthers previously won the 2010 State | ||||||
| 11 | Championship, making the 2013 championship the second one in | ||||||
| 12 | the program's history; and

| 10 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 11 | we congratulate the Lena-Winslow High School football team, the | ||||||
| 12 | Panthers, on winning the 2013 State Championship, and wish them | ||||||
| 13 | many more years of success; and be it further
