AN ACT concerning occupation and use taxes.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Use Tax Act is amended by changing Section 1
as follows:
(35 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 439.1)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Use Tax Act".

Section 10. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by
changing Section 14 as follows:
(35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
Sec. 14. This Act shall be known as the "Retailers'
Occupation Tax Act" and the the tax herein imposed shall be in
addition to all other occupation or privilege taxes imposed by
the State of Illinois or by any municipal corporation or
political subdivision thereof.
