AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Substance Abuse Treatment Program
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(730 ILCS 145/1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1531)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
cited as the the Illinois Substance Abuse Treatment Program
Act.
