1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 26-10 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 200/26-10)
7 Sec. 26-10. Informality in assessments or lists. An
8 assessment of property or charge for taxes thereon, shall not
9 be considered illegal on account of any informality in making
10 the the assessment, or in the tax lists, or on account of the
11 assessments not being made or completed within the time
12 required by law.
